Full Journal pdf2013-04-03 House Journal Page 0872 HJR 6 Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 831) on the following: HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 6 Relating to legacy wells and legacy well sites; urging the United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management, to open new areas of the National Petroleum Reserve - Alaska for environmentally responsible oil and gas development; and requesting the Office of the Governor to increase nationwide awareness about legacy wells and well sites. and SENATE CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 6(RES) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Pruitt moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HJR 6, thus adopting SCS HJR 6(RES), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to HJR 6?"
